New hires will automatically receive a 50¢/hour Loyalty raise after 60 days (unless they are at the maximum wage for their position).
Bi-annual performance reviews. All team members receive a performance review every 6 months – and, based on their performance over the preceding 6 months, most will receive a raise.
Training raises. Beyond training for their position as a crew member, Iron Arch continues to offer our employees opportunities to train for advancement in their career and that training is always accompanied by raises for completion of each step. After becoming a successful crew member, employees can train to become a Crew Trainer with each of the three modules earning an additional .25/hour raise. Once our crew members turn 18, they can start the path to becoming a Floor Supervisor, Swing Manager, Department Manager and beyond.
