Leave of Absence (LOA)

If you find one of your team members is having difficulty balancing the demands of a job combined with school obligations, family issues, travel, or other reasons, talk to them about taking a temporary leave of absence. Guarantee of same position is not granted, however guarantee of same pay rate is, following State guidelines.
