Eric Jaworski is the co-host of Buns, Burgers and Big Ideas, a leadership-focused podcast that blends real-world experiences with actionable insights for personal and professional growth. A seasoned leader, Eric brings a wealth of expertise as a Maxwell Certified Coach and Certified Behavioral Specialist, equipping him with unique tools to inspire and empower audiences.

Currently serving as Vice President of Operations for a multi-unit organization, Eric oversees 30+ restaurants and leads a team of over 1,500 employees. His leadership philosophy focuses on developing high-performing teams, fostering a positive culture, and achieving operational excellence through innovative and people-centered strategies.

Eric’s leadership credentials are further shaped by his service as a Staff Sergeant in the Army Reserves for over 12 years, including tours in Iraq and Afghanistan. His military experience has instilled discipline, resilience, and a profound commitment to teamwork—values that underpin his leadership philosophy and podcast discussions.

Riley Shine, co-host of “Buns, Burgers, and Big Ideas,” brings over 10 years of restaurant industry experience and a passion for leadership development to the podcast. Starting as a crew member, Riley’s journey included roles as a shift manager, department manager, and a pivotal position on the technology team, where he ensured restaurants had the tools for success. Now part of the development department, Riley focuses on helping leaders discover their full potential.

 

Creative at heart, Riley honed his video editing skills during a summer job at a skydiving center and now channels that expertise into podcast production. When he’s not shaping great conversations, he’s DJing weddings, parties, and more, blending his love for music, technology, and creativity.

 

Known for his kind and supportive nature, Riley’s motivation stems from his peers and a desire to set a positive example—especially for his younger sister. On the podcast, he adds humor, and a unique creative perspective, making each episode both insightful and fun.
