Technology: Have a 90% roster of OTP1+ certified in restaurant OTPs by June 1st. Fix It: Have 90% trained in restaurant fix it team by July 1st. Public Relations: Ownership of community events back to restaurant leadership by July 1st. Operations Coordinator: Virtual orientation version 1 ready for implementation for website by May 31st. Training: Create an interactive Shift Leadership Roadmap by June 1st. Office Manager : Streamline all AMEX policies/procedures by July 2023. Please keep an eye on any overflow in the garbage and recycling dumpsters. If you see overflow before the scheduled pickup date, please email the office so an additional day can be scheduled. New Butter Bottles New butter bottles will be arriving, or have already arrived, at your restaurants. Please post the new station guides and begin implementing them as soon as possible. Need more information, please see the attached information, which also includes a video QR code. Voice Results Please see the attached April 14th – 28th Voice results. Please ensure that we are directing the guests to mcdvoice.com to complete the survey and comment with a name. Many guests are contacting the office to leave feedback with names. Beloit & Huntley tied for the largest bonuses at $260. There was still over $3,000 left on the table. Oreo Frappe The Iron Arch all selling date for the Oreo frappe is May 16th. Please ensure that the station guide is posted prior to the launch date. You can post the crew at-a-glance now so your team can see what is coming. Shake Machine Cleaning Taylor Midwest and Taylor Wisconsin will be contacting your restaurants to set up the brush butler schedule. These will be on a 28-day cycle and will take place in the morning. If you have any questions about this program, please let your leadership know. Please note you will still be responsible for the opening and closing procedures of the shake machine and making sure the machine is ready for cleaning. Please see the attached opening and closing tips for the S/S machines. Product Outage When you are out of strawberry shortcake topping or ranch sauce (for the Bacon Ranch McCrispy), please let tech know so it can be removed from the POS. Archways to Opportunity is not a one-size-fits--all solution, but an overarching education strategy that meets people where they are. Archways to Opportunity is a benefit for all of our employees after they have been employed for 90 days. Employees must work a minimum of 15 hours per week to qualify for Archways to Opportunity benefits. The Archways program offers: English language program to help our employees and their immediate family learn to speak English. High School Diploma Program for our employees and any immediate family member who would like to achieve this milestone. All graduates also receive a career focus certification in one of many areas of concentration. College Degree Program helps our employees achieve their college dreams whether it be an Associates, Bachelor’s, or master’s degree by offering $2,500 per year to help with college expenses ($3,500 for Swing, Department and General Managers).
