  • Free and Discounted Meals!

Check out our Free and Discounted Meal policy! < Back Free and Discounted Meals! Previous Next

If you have not received jalapenos or cheese sauce, please use product outage. Sandwiches can start as soon as product is received. Just wanted to share a quick message regarding the cheesy jalapeno quarter pounder. There's been some confusion around how to place the jalapenos on the sandwich. The correct procedure is to grab 8 to 10 jalapenos with a gloved hand and place them on the crown. The grill team does not need to remove gloves after each grab of the jalapenos, there will be a minimal amount of transfer which in test markets was fine. Restaurant Roof Maintenance It’s getting hot out but that doesn’t mean it should be hot in the restaurant. We must keep the HVAC units clean and the filters changed. Our equipment can not do its job without you looking after it. Please take the time now to go assess your restaurant. Glass Coffee Pots Glass coffee pots are not allowed in the restaurant. We should all be using thermal or bulk coffee at this point. If you need more please make sure to work with your leadership on ordering. This form does not go to payroll for wage adjustments until it is approved by the GM. Once the form is received by payroll, the employee will see the raise in 1 to 2 paychecks. New Term Code A new term reason code “TERMED/CONFIRMED VIA NO SHOW” is now available. Daily Sales Record Congratulations to Pedro and his Odana Rd team for once again breaking their daily sales record. They did $22,491 of sales on March 4th! Community Thank you to Oscar and his team at Woodstock for hosting a pancake breakfast Saturday. Great Job representing Iron Arch! Digital Experience Now that table service has started at most of the restaurants, how can we be more consistent while delivering orders? A best bet is to always ask “Do you have everything you need?”. Ask this when delivering a curbside, a MOP table service order AND when delivering a standard order to the table with the table tent. This means that all guests receiving an order through the app or table service will be asked the same question. If there is a name on the sticker, say the name. If it says loyal customer or is an inappropriate name, you can say “Hi, thank you for using the McDonald’s app. Here is your order, do you have everything you need? Thank you and have a great day.” Digital Stats – March Month To Date Digital usage 25.09% of transactions Digital OSAT – 65% Calendar March 7th – GM Patch Calls 130p-230p March 12th – Daylight Savings Starts (Clocks Spring Forward) March 12th – Release Payroll – Illinois Only March 13th – Wisconsin Payday March 13th – Happy Birthday Chris Baxter!! This is 41 seconds faster than last year. We had two restaurants finish over 100 seconds faster than they were last year. What an awesome accomplishment! We had 27 of our 33 restaurants finish faster than last year. In our second week of fully focusing on being fast we are seeing some great trends. Let’s keep the ball rolling and impress our teams and our guests as we set the bar high. The following restaurants did not finish under 120 and will need to adjust: 22424, 31419, 2504, 4231, 3488, 5612 and 32257. I would encourage resetting the standard with our shift managers and helping them see what success looks like. Pie Day Want to pie your supervisor?
