Great Job! “I was at the Byron McDonald’s at 9pm on a Friday night and the manager was absolutely killing it. The store had gotten slammed both drive thru and lobby and the manager did an amazing job treating each customer with absolute kindness and customer service. He is an asset to your team. I wish I had gotten his name. I hope you can share.” Digital Experience We need to ensure that every guest that we contact via curbside or table service is asked “Do you have everything you need?”. “Hello Sally, thank you for using curbside, do you have everything you need?...”Thank you, have a great day” Digital Stats – February Month To Date Digital usage 26.25% of transactions Calendar February 7th – GM Patch Calls 130-230p February 8th – Kitchen DM Meeting 9a-4p Nick’s Market @ #5836 Mulford 314 N Mulford Rockford IL and Michael’s Market @ #94 Madison Rd. 1443 Madison Rd.
