Crew 2.0 It is more important now than ever for your team to know their crew ID. This allows for training to be tracked easier for crew and the training goes right to PDW. Please access the Crew 2.0 page on @mcd and see attached information. New Apparel Store Is Live Iron Arch Apparel Store (click this live link) We have many new updates: - You can order anytime you like. - Orders can now be shipped to your house or an in-store pick-up option. - New apparel items - Women's or Men's sizes - You have the choice of an Iron Arch or Bucciferro Family McDonald’s Logo Please let us know if we missed anything, We hope you enjoy it! In-Person Leadership Transitions There is still room in the March 29th – 31st in-person leadership transitions. This 3-day course will be held at the office and be combined with some operational instruction at a restaurant. All students must have all 16 modules completed prior to the class. Please email amyo@iammcd.com if you have any students. Loomis Change Orders When you email your request for your change order you need to put the change order amount into the safe. Think about it as going to the bank and taking the money for exchange for the change you want. Please remember to put the amount of money for the change order in the safe on the day that the change order has been placed. Routine deposit audits are showing that many locations are not “paying” for their change order through the safe. There are no exceptions for any change order. Any questions, please email gianna@iammcd.com . Frozen Beverage Planned Maintenance As part of the FCB deployment program established with KBI and McDonald’s, the FCB PM will be completed by Ken’s Beverage for each of the annually scheduled preventative maintenance visits. Your location(s) will be contacted by Ken’s Beverage by phone 3 to 7 business days prior to the PM to confirm the scheduled date for the PM visit. The PM will take approximately 60-90 minutes on site, PM will not interfere with any peak period time frames and have minimal impact on the normal operations of the location. Boil Outs Don’t forget it is time again for boil outs. Please see the attached schedule for your date and directions. < Back The Loop 3.7.23 Sales Milestone Congratulations to Jo and her team at Stockton for reaching the $2 million sales milestone. Daily Sales Record Congratulations to Pedro and his Odana Rd team for once again breaking their daily sales record. They did $22,491 of sales on March 4th! Community Thank you to Oscar and his team at Woodstock for hosting a pancake breakfast Saturday. Great Job representing Iron Arch! Digital Experience Now that table service has started at most of the restaurants, how can we be more consistent while delivering orders? A best bet is to always ask “Do you have everything you need?”. Ask this when delivering a curbside, a MOP table service order AND when delivering a standard order to the table with the table tent. This means that all guests receiving an order through the app or table service will be asked the same question. If there is a name on the sticker, say the name. If it says loyal customer or is an inappropriate name, you can say “Hi, thank you for using the McDonald’s app. Here is your order, do you have everything you need? Thank you and have a great day.” Digital Stats – March Month To Date Digital usage 25.09% of transactions Digital OSAT – 65% Calendar March 7th – GM Patch Calls 130p-230p March 12th – Daylight Savings Starts (Clocks Spring Forward) March 12th – Release Payroll – Illinois Only March 13th – Wisconsin Payday March 13th – Happy Birthday Chris Baxter!! This is 41 seconds faster than last year. We had two restaurants finish over 100 seconds faster than they were last year. What an awesome accomplishment! We had 27 of our 33 restaurants finish faster than last year. In our second week of fully focusing on being fast we are seeing some great trends. Let’s keep the ball rolling and impress our teams and our guests as we set the bar high. The following restaurants did not finish under 120 and will need to adjust: 22424, 31419, 2504, 4231, 3488, 5612 and 32257. I would encourage resetting the standard with our shift managers and helping them see what success looks like. Pie Day Want to pie your supervisor? Please do not use the override switch unless it is necessary. All GM Meeting Need to see something from the GM meeting presentation? The slideshow is attached . School Calendar Update 2023/2024 An email has been sent out to all restaurants for employees to update their school location for the next school year. Please print the sheet out and have all the students fill out their correct school location. This is very important to make sure they are connected to the correct school for scheduling purposes. Please email a picture of the sheet to Tiffany by Tuesday, August 1, 2023. New Hire Email Form A new digital training schedule is now available for new hires. The form is called the New Hire Email. The new hire email is a training schedule for all new hires once Maria has sent you an email that the new hire is ready for a training schedule. This form is located under the People & General Manager tab. We will start using this to send all new hires their training schedule. It is very simple and easy to fill out. All the manager needs to do is put in your restaurant location, the new hires name and email address, the general manager's name, and the training schedule, and who they will meet with on their first day. Once the form is submitted a copy of it will be sent to the new hire, the general manager, and the restaurant email to be printed and posted for all managers to review. Please still reach out to new hires by phone call too with their training schedule. If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to Maria Z. New Hire Email Bakery Phase Out Remember that the phase out of the bakery has begun. The last day for the bakery will be August 21st. We will be keeping the cases and utilizing them for cookies and pies. Staffing Levels 7.17.2023 Please see the attached staffing levels for July 17th. If you have any questions, ask your supervisor.
