Please keep an eye on any overflow in the garbage and recycling dumpsters. If you see overflow before the scheduled pickup date, please email the office so an additional day can be scheduled. New Butter Bottles New butter bottles will be arriving, or have already arrived, at your restaurants. Please post the new station guides and begin implementing them as soon as possible. Need more information, please see the attached information, which also includes a video QR code. Voice Results Please see the attached April 14th – 28th Voice results. Please ensure that we are directing the guests to mcdvoice.com to complete the survey and comment with a name. Many guests are contacting the office to leave feedback with names. Beloit & Huntley tied for the largest bonuses at $260. There was still over $3,000 left on the table. Oreo Frappe The Iron Arch all selling date for the Oreo frappe is May 16th. Please ensure that the station guide is posted prior to the launch date. You can post the crew at-a-glance now so your team can see what is coming. Shake Machine Cleaning Taylor Midwest and Taylor Wisconsin will be contacting your restaurants to set up the brush butler schedule. These will be on a 28-day cycle and will take place in the morning. If you have any questions about this program, please let your leadership know. Please note you will still be responsible for the opening and closing procedures of the shake machine and making sure the machine is ready for cleaning. Please see the attached opening and closing tips for the S/S machines. Product Outage When you are out of strawberry shortcake topping or ranch sauce (for the Bacon Ranch McCrispy), please let tech know so it can be removed from the POS. The new procedure is as follows: Place your change order with Loomis once this change order is delivered you immediately drop the amount of the money in the smart safe. Please start this process with your next change order. Call the office or email gianna@iammcd.com with any questions. Employee Appreciation Thank you to all the restaurants that participated in Employee Appreciation week last week. From the pictures that were submitted (160!), it looks like a lot of fun was had in the restaurants! Please remember to take a picture of your BINGO card and email it to office@iammcd.com or simply upload it to the picture portal using the QR code on your BINGO card. The drawing for the 6 patch winners will be drawn on Thursday 4/27. SMX Feedback Survey We have completed the first session of SMX class. Thank you for sending learners to the sessions. As always, we want to know how we did and what changes we can make for future classes. Please have your learner complete the SMX Feedback Survey about their experience. It is anonymous so we can receive open and honest feedback. They can also access it on the Manager Tab. Let us know how we did and what we can do to make it even better! Voice Results The Beloit, Huntley and Rockford Patches all finished with over $200 being paid out! Huntley edged everyone out with a total of $285. Overall, $1,145 will be paid out for April 1st – 15th. Left on the table, another $2,785. Please see the attached results. eProduction – Tempering Cheese The new tempering cheese procedure means that the eProduction settings need to be changed on the Thaw & Tempering screens. Here is a short video that will walk you through the changes on both screens.
