< Back Insurance Benefits For Crew: After 1 year of employment, health Insurance is offered through Blue Cross Blue Shield for employees working a minimum average of 30 hours per week. Open Enrollment is held once per year – usually in November/December for January enrollment. Insurance enrollment is NOT offered at any other time of the year UNLESS employee becomes newly eligible, i.e., their one-year anniversary, a newly promoted or newly hired manager, or the employee loses their current health care coverage. Managers are eligible for insurance coverage immediately upon becoming a manager.
