Please keep an eye on any overflow in the garbage and recycling dumpsters. If you see overflow before the scheduled pickup date, please email the office so an additional day can be scheduled. New Butter Bottles New butter bottles will be arriving, or have already arrived, at your restaurants. Please post the new station guides and begin implementing them as soon as possible. Please ensure that we are directing the guests to mcdvoice.com to complete the survey and comment with a name. Many guests are contacting the office to leave feedback with names. Beloit & Huntley tied for the largest bonuses at $260. There was still over $3,000 left on the table. Oreo Frappe The Iron Arch all selling date for the Oreo frappe is May 16th. Please ensure that the station guide is posted prior to the launch date. You can post the crew at-a-glance now so your team can see what is coming. Shake Machine Cleaning Taylor Midwest and Taylor Wisconsin will be contacting your restaurants to set up the brush butler schedule. These will be on a 28-day cycle and will take place in the morning. If you have any questions about this program, please let your leadership know. Please note you will still be responsible for the opening and closing procedures of the shake machine and making sure the machine is ready for cleaning. Please see the attached opening and closing tips for the S/S machines. Product Outage When you are out of strawberry shortcake topping or ranch sauce (for the Bacon Ranch McCrispy), please let tech know so it can be removed from the POS. There are now training videos on the ROA Nabit page on @mcd. If you missed the webcast, the recording is on there as well ( LINK ). While ROA may not seem difficult, there are some procedural changes for all pickup points at the restaurants. Please watch the training videos and open the NABIT ROA box that will arrive at your restaurant. Training is also available for managers and crew through Fred. All GM Meeting Our general manager/staff meeting will be held on March 1st from 9a-4p at the Beloit Sports Center. The Beloit Sport Center is located at 557 E Grand Ave, Beloit, WI 53511. You do not have to wear a McDonald’s work uniform if you do not want to, business casual is fine. Lunch will be served around 12. Digital Drivers While we look to continually increase our digital footprint, we need to ensure that our guests can quickly see where they can go to complete their digital transaction. McDonald’s Famous Duo Now that the word is out and everyone knows that Cardi B and Offset are the famous duo meal, you can hand out the new t-shirts to your crew. These shirts can be worn from February 14th – March 12th. People Brand Standards Readiness Don’t forget to complete the People Brand Standards Survey . Due Today! Frozen Beverage Planned Maintenance As part of the FCB deployment program established with KBI and McDonald’s, the FCB PM will be completed by Ken’s Beverage for each of the annually scheduled preventative maintenance visits. Your location(s) will be contacted by Ken’s Beverage by phone 3 to 7 business days prior to the PM to confirm the scheduled date for the PM visit. The PM will take approximately 60-90 minutes on site, PM will not interfere with any peak period time frames and have minimal impact on the normal operations of the location. Boil Outs Don’t forget it is time again for boil outs. Please see the attached schedule for your date and directions. RHS Security Patch Updates We have a few restaurants that have some updates upcoming. You'll know the update is running if you see the below message on any of your registers. This will cause your POS Open to take a little longer. Please do not reboot any of your POS devices until everything is finished, and call ATOS if it takes longer than 30min or you can't complete your POS for some reason.
