< Back The Loop 5.23.23 Lacing Up for RMHC Big Shout out to the Madison patch GM’s and Waunakee team for making our "Lacing Up for RMHC” McCare night a huge success! We teamed up with 𝗪𝗮𝘂𝗻𝗮𝗸𝗲𝗲 𝗠𝗶𝗱𝗱𝗹𝗲 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗹 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗰𝗸 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗙𝗶𝗲𝗹𝗱 𝗧𝗲𝗮𝗺 for our first event together, and their volunteer efforts to support RMHC were outstanding! Thank you for making this event yet another significant impact on our community. Car Show Thank you to the Car Show Committee and Matt and his team at Rockton Rd for a record-breaking night. Sales Milestones Congratulations to Danielle and her team at Classic on reaching $3.5 million. Congratulations to Chelsea and her team at Beloit on reaching $2.5 million. Operations: Enhance the guest experience during breakfast by June 30th as measured by speed at 120 and Voice at 85%. Technology: Have a 90% roster of OTP1+ certified in restaurant OTPs by June 1st. Fix It: Have 90% trained in restaurant fix it team by July 1st. Public Relations: Ownership of community events back to restaurant leadership by July 1st. Operations Coordinator: Virtual orientation version 1 ready for implementation for website by May 31st. Training: Create an interactive Shift Leadership Roadmap by June 1st. Office Manager: Streamline all AMEX policies/procedures by July 2023. Human Resources: Office staff 100% trained in employee relations by May 31st. Please ensure that all POP is removed, extra bags of ranch are counted and wasted, and the flavors to love boxes are put away until they are used for the new sandwich in June. Airgas Cylinders Does your restaurant have more than two back up cylinders? Each restaurant should have two full back up cylinders. The next time your restaurant needs a full cylinder, call 800-772-8144 and tell them how many empty cylinders need to be picked up and how many full cylinders need to be delivered. They will only pick up when making a delivery for a full cylinder. The cylinders must be visible and all in one spot where they typically would drop off. Iron Arch In-Person Leadership Transitions We are excited to announce the next in-person LT class will be July 19th 9a-6p and July 20th 9a-5p. Learners must have the Shift Leadership Curriculum completed to 93% to attend. Email amyo@iammcd.com to register a learner. Running Great Restaurants As we continue McDonald’s and self-graded RGR visits, please utilize the attached RGR form to achieve, and then maintain, RGR standards. The form covers food safety, cleanliness, service, quality & shift leadership. June Sanitation Exams The exams in June will be on June 19th from 8a-2p in Madison and June 20th from 130p-4p in Rockford. If you want a learner for the exam, they must be signed up by June 6th. Learners will need to have completed 100% of the training and taken the online practice exam by June 16th to take the exam. All learners who do not complete the training prior to the exam will not be able to attend, must sign up again, and documentation will be given. NABIT Kits New NABIT kits will arrive in your restaurants on or around June 2nd. Please be aware that smallares and training materials for the Cheesy Jalapeno Bacon QPC will be induced. DO NOT misplace this box. NABIT Webcast – Save the Date The next NABIT webcast will be on June 7th. The topics include Cheesy Jalapeno Bacon QPC, 100 Days of Summer, Crew Account Access, Digital/Delivery/DT, Bakery News, B2B shake/sundae and the June Birthday Meal. Registration Link Tempering/Thaw Stickers Every item that is thawed or tempered should have two stickers. The secondary life sticker and a sticker when the product can start to be used. Please ensure that your freshness labeling system is ready to go. Items include buns, all breakfast pull items, cheese, sauces pouches, and bakery. Iron Arch Energy Box Webcast Please save the date and attend the Energy Box webcast on June 13th from 2-230pm. This meeting is for all GMs during the GM meeting.
